Grown high in the mountains of Bali, this coffee is organically cultivated by default—pesticides, insecticides, and chemical fertilizers are strictly forbidden across the island. The result is a coffee that’s not only beautiful in the cup, but rooted in a place where tradition and stewardship still matter.

This Bali Blue Moon is a wet-hulled coffee that drinks like a refined Sumatra—bold and grounding, yet noticeably cleaner and more complex. The unroasted beans carry a striking blue-gray hue, a hallmark of this lot and some of the most visually stunning green coffee we source.

In the cup, expect deep, comforting flavors with subtle herbal undertones. Notes of vanilla bean and warm cinnamon lead into soft chocolate, supported by a thick, syrupy body. The finish lingers pleasantly without the heavy earthiness often found in Indonesian coffees.
