La Sabina is a cooperative located in the municipality of La Libertad in Huehuetenango, and it consists of approximately 1000 farmers. It features creamy chocolate and citrus notes and is best roasted to a medium-dark level, which results in a creamy milk chocolate cup of coffee. Our buyer tasted several dozen fresh Guatemalan beans and selected this particular one to stock up for the upcoming months.
